Some customers may currently be experiencing intermittent DNS resolution issues.These issues will manifest themselves in some customers not being able to access their sites from some Internet connections and may also affect access to email accounts and FTP access to websites as well.This appears to be affecting mainly customers who connect to the Internet via Virgin Media but may affect customers who are with other ISP's as well.Update: Our engineers have identified and resolved this issue. However, it may take a couple more hours before all ISP's resolve to our network correctly. If you believe your site is down we recommend viewing it through a third party proxy server such as https://www.megaproxy.com/freesurf/. If your site displays correctly you can be confident that this is the issue.
